What do I need to do during the transition?

I'm using an older version of Windows or macOS. Will DecoHub fix the login issues I experience on CadworxLIVE?
No.
These authentication issues are not specific to CadworxLIVE or DecoHub. They occur because industry security standards no longer support older encryption protocols (TLS 1.1 or earlier). Modern browsers no longer allow connections using those protocols, which prevents authentication. We recommend upgrading to a supported operating system + browser.

Will the direct-link workaround for login issues still be available after DecoHub launches?
Yes, but only temporarily.
We'll continue supporting the direct-link workaround for Designer 2.2 and EasyTeams for a limited time. Links to these designers will also be available in DecoHub initially, with plans to retire them gradually.

Windows 10+ Desktop: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera.

Can I still use VectorCUT?
Yes.
Both VectorCUT 2 and VectorCUT 3 are supported. Export your design in the appropriate format and open it in VectorCUT:
* VectorCUT 2: .pltx

Your account will work automatically.
Your login credentials and saved files will be available in DecoHub. All custom fonts and color palettes will also be available in DrawMate.
Important: Any file opened and saved in DrawMate will no longer be accessible in Designer 2.2. If you want a file to remain available in Designer 2.2, open it in DrawMate and save a copy immediately.

How can I save or back up my current designs?
Backing up is optional, but you can export designs in these formats at any time: .pdf, .plt, .pltx, .svg, .cadx, .vcut, .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png and .tiff files.

DecoHub supports the following file formats when importing: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .psd, .gif, .ai, .psd and .svg.
Can I request new features for DecoHub?
Absolutely.

I created a Personal Web Page in CadworxLIVE. Will this be available in DecoHub?
No.

If I save artwork in DrawMate, will it be available in Designer 2.2?
No.
Artwork created and saved in DrawMate is only available in DrawMate. Designer 2.2 files can be opened in DrawMate, but DrawMate files cannot be opened in Designer 2.2. If you want artwork created in Designer 2.2 to remain accessible there, save a copy before continuing work in DrawMate.
